OXiC

OXiC is a process in which a ceramic coating is electrochemically applied to the rim surface, making it extremely hard and wear resistant. The OXiC process achieves a high end looking, matte black finish which also guarantees the highest level of brake performance while reducing wear on the rim to the absolute minimum.

Boost Standard

The way we ride bikes has changed drastically in the last 20 years or so. Both amateurs and professionals are now much faster. This has been made possible by tires, brakes, suspension, stiffer frames and forks, and sophisticated geometry. Many standards have been changed as a reaction to this development and to make it possible. But not the hub dimensions. The new Boost Standard reflects this.

Tubeless Technology

Tubeless tires have a number of advantages over the conventional combination of tube and tire: Without risking snakebites, the tire can be run with lower pressures providing better grip. The lower pressure also results in a more comfortable ride. Eliminating the tube means there is no friction between tube and tire and therefore less rolling resistance when the tire rolls over the ground and obstacles. If tubeless milk is used, the tire can self-seal stings and small cuts. A big advantage for all those who like to ride for long and far away from the next bikeshop.

DiCut®

The DICUT® wheel line up is a perfect blend of aerodynamics, technology and design. Their aggressive optics push the rider on the climbs. DICUT® hubs with their fine-tuned flange geometry and straight pull spokes provide the stiffness needed. High modulus braking surfaces bonded with a heat resistant resin easily handle all descents. Finally, on the last miles to the finish line, the aerodynamically refined rim profile and eleven speed compatibility help to cut through the wind with just the right gear and minimal drag.

Ratchet System

The patented freewheel system, which features high-precision star ratchets, guarantees top performance and reliability. The no-tool concept allows extremely simple and quick maintenance.

Straightpull

The term Straightpull refers to spokes with no bend at the head. This design allows for an ideal strength to weight ratio when compared to conventional spokes. Due to their more precise alignment and direct trajectory, straight-pull spoke technology creates a stiffer, more responsive wheel.
